Safeguarding Children & Adults At Risk – Level 3
This course is designed for all persons, no matter the field that they are directly involved in, to give them the tools and knowledge to make a difference to a vulnerable persons life. It will also let the practitioner reporting the abuse know how they can safeguard themselves in everyday work while seeking help and reporting the incident identified.
This is a Theory only course, and covers:
- Safeguarding legislation and guidance
- Indicators of abuse or neglect
- Making judgements
- Roles and responsibilities
- Sharing of information
- Dealing with and reporting of allegations and complaints
- Assessment and marking
Official delegate numbers for this course are 18 per instructor. Due to Covid-19 class numbers will depend on venue size to allow sufficient social distancing
£90 per person.
This course requires 7 hours contact time, breaks are not included.
Delegates must be aged 18 or above.
Upon completion of key requirements, certificates will be sent electronically and by hard copy.
